On the client side, represented a broad range of concerns, including, e.g., a Big Three auto maker in connection with a $300 million foreign judgment arising out of an international financial fraud. On behalf of the firm itself, coordinated a substantial nationwide program of disputed and troubled receivables resolution and litigation through April 2009 and otherwise consulted in connection with a panoply of proprietary and confidential issues/matters.
